1. Getting Started
How do I create an account?
  1. Visit Plots4U.com.

  2. Click on Sign Up and enter your details.

  3. Verify your email and log in. You can also sign up using your Google account for a quicker registration process.

How do I log in?

Click on Log In and enter your registered email and password. You can also log in using your Google account for a quicker experience.

What if I forgot my password?
  1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.

  2. Enter your registered email.

  3. Follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

2. Managing Your Profile
How do I update my profile information?
  1. Click on the profile picture in the header menu, then select My Profile.

  2. First, select your user role type—Buyer, or Owner, or Agent (Buyer is selected by default). Then you can update your personal details like first name, last name, phone number, WhatsApp number, social media profile links, etc.

  3. Click the Update button for every step of the details group.

How do I change my profile picture?

In My Profile, click on your current picture, upload a new one, and then click Update Profile Picture.

3. Understanding the Dashboard Menus

Your Plots4U Dashboard helps you manage your account, listings, and property searches efficiently. Here’s a breakdown of the key menus:

Home

By clicking Home, it takes you to the homepage where you can explore new listings, updates, and featured properties.

Properties (Available for user roles: Agent and Owner)

View, manage, and track all your listed properties.

List a Property (Available for user roles: Agent and Owner)
Favorites

Access properties you have saved for later viewing.

Saved Searches

Quickly revisit property searches with your preferred filters.

My Profile

Update personal information, change your profile picture, and manage contact details.

Log Out

Securely sign out of your account.

4. Listing a Property
How do I create a property listing? (Available for user roles: Agent and Owner)
  1. Click on  List a Property from the dashboard.

  2. Fill in property details (location, price, type, etc.).

  3. Upload images and click Submit Property. Your property will be approved within 24 hours, but most listings get approved within 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Note: Each account is allowed up to 5 free active listings and 5 draft listings, with the total limit determined by whichever is higher.

Can I edit my listing after posting?

Yes. Go to My Properties, select the listing, and click Edit.

How do I delete a listing?

In My Properties, find the listing and click Delete.

5. Managing Listings (Available for user roles: Agent and Owner)
How do I mark a property as sold?

In My Properties, select the listing and choose Mark as Sold.

How can I feature my listing?

Featured listings may be available in future updates. Stay tuned!

Why was my listing rejected?

Check if your listing follows Plots4U’s guidelines:

  • Ensure all details are accurate, including property type, location, and pricing.

  • Upload high-quality images that clearly showcase the property. Recommended size of images: 1440×900.

  • Do not include URLs or external links in your property listing.

  • Avoid misleading or incomplete information.

  • Listings with offensive or inappropriate content will be rejected.

  • Duplicate listings are not allowed.

  • Properties from the same venture or project will not be approved if they appear to be duplicates. Only one listing per unit or plot is permitted.

Failure to meet these guidelines may result in your listing being rejected or removed. The final decision is made by the Plots4U QC Team

6. Help for Buyers
How do I search for a property?
  1. Use the search bar on the homepage.

  2. Apply filters (location, price, property type, etc.) to refine results.

How do I contact a property owner or agent?

Find the contact details such as Phone number and WhatsApp number in the Contact Information section on the property details page. You can also fill out the form with your details to request a callback from the agent or owner of that particular property. Alternatively, you can directly connect with the property agent or owner by clicking the Message, WhatsApp, or Call buttons at the bottom of the screen if you are using a mobile device.

How do I save properties for later?

Click the Heart Icon on a listing to add it to your Favorites. (Login required)

How do I get notified of new listings?

Use the Saved Searches feature to set alerts for new properties matching your criteria.

Can I contact multiple owners/agents at once?

No, but you can individually message, call, or WhatsApp each owner or agent through their listing page.

7. Troubleshooting & Support
I’m experiencing technical issues. What should I do?
  • Try clearing your browser cache and reloading the page.

  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection.

  • If the issue persists, contact our support team.

How do I report fraudulent listings or suspicious activity?
  1. Click Report Listing on the property page or write an email at support@plots4u.com.

  2. Describe the issue and submit your report.
